Large plump sofa

The Ploum sofas are the result of research into comfort. This is based on a particular combination of two materials: the joint use of a stretch cover and a super-soft foam. The combination of these two materials, along with the generous dimensions of the Ploum sofas, offers extreme comfort and allows for different postures for the body. According to the designers' intent, the large sofa features an asymmetrical construction: the right backrest is slightly higher than the left, the right seat is slightly deeper than the left, and the zipper closure at the back of the backrest is off-centre. This large sofa, which can accommodate up to 4 people, has a slightly closed angle of the seat that encourages close postures, fostering interaction among the occupants. The extreme softness of the contact combined with a free shape makes Ploum a true nest: in fact, all positions are possible, with the back and head finding the same soft contact in any part of the seat, including the armrests. The sofa is in good condition. The only known defect in the fabric is to be noted (see photos). Some areas have been repaired by an upholsterer.
