This seat is a feat of vintage ergonomics. It consists of a thermoformed solid beech structure, featuring an authentic patina of use that reflects its industrial past. Backrest: Mounted on a flexible steel blade, it is adjustable in height and depth, offering dynamic lumbar support (patented "Federdreh" system). Seat: Ergonomic, swivelling 360°, mounted on a threaded axis allowing precise height adjustment. Base: Tripod in solid wood reinforced by a cast iron hub. The item is presented in its "as is" condition, which is its greatest strength. The structure is sound. There are signs of wear (stains, scratches on the base) and a small natural crack on the edge of the seat that does not compromise the integrity of the whole.
