Solid oak coffee table, key stretcher, 1950s.

Solid oak coffee table, handcrafted from the 1950s. Thick top with sharp edges, two solid legs on pads, a through stretcher secured with keys and visible wooden dowels: everything is assembled without screws, on display. A patina that cannot be replicated, with its signs of use. Ultra stable for its age. At 60 cm, it is taller than a classic coffee table: it can be used in front of a sofa, as an end table beside an armchair, or under a window.
