Pair of chairs by the brand THONET from the 1950s. Rare model for sale; design based on the CM196 models by Pierre Paulin but featuring a moulded wooden backrest; good seating comfort. Structure in black lacquered steel tube; wooden seat cushion and latex cushion covered in black skai; backrest in moulded plywood (one chair has a scratch on the back of the backrest) A very beautiful piece of 50s design in good original condition. Dimensions: height 752mm (seat height 450mm); width 450mm (backrest 425mm); depth 530mm. Price indicated for the pair.
