Dining chairs in rosewood, model 42, by Kai Kristiansen.

This set of 6 dining chairs was designed by Kai Kristiansen and manufactured by Schou Andersen in Denmark in the 1960s. The model 42 is a unique design, often referred to as the Z chair. It is rare to find them in rosewood. We have reupholstered the chairs in a beautiful beige linen fabric and updated the seat bases with new straps. Enjoy new seating comfort on original frames! The backrest follows the movements of your back when you are seated. We have also checked and restored all the wooden parts, even preserving the original rosewood screw caps (which are often destroyed or lost on this model).
