Set of 2 candlestick chairs by Lucian Ercolani for Ercol

Set of two candlestick chairs by British-Italian designer and entrepreneur Lucian Ercolani (1888-1976). He was the founder and head designer of Ercol, one of the most important furniture manufacturing companies in British design history. The chairs are made of solid English elm and beech wood. The legs and backs are constructed from solid Beech which contrasts beautifully with the Elm. Condition: Very Good. The chairs are in good orginal condition. Light wear is consistent with age and use. Patina is consistent with age and use. Dimensions: Length: 41cm Width: 41cm Height: 79 cm. Seating height: 42 cm. Weight: 1 chair is 6 kg.
