Terracotta pot used in quercy to preserve food in duck fat. The interior is varnished. The exterior is partly yellow glazed and partly made of raw pottery, the 2 parts being separated by a white border. This pot has 2 handles. Its glazed interior allows it to be filled with water and gives it a new use as a rustic vase. Manufacturing and age imperfections give it a lot of charm.
