Set of vintage French stoneware ceramics – 1960s-70s. "MINERAL EARTH" is a collection of 16 vintage pieces sourced individually, brought together around a soft and natural palette: sand, stone, cream, brown, terracotta, and honey. The collection includes 16 pieces: • 3 vintage dessert plates signed Grès du Marais in speckled stoneware with shades of sand, cream, and caramel. • 4 small deep plates in glazed stoneware. • 1 large modernist cylindrical vase in speckled stoneware, signed. The sculptural piece of the collection. Its tall and very refined silhouette is accentuated at the bottom by a series of fine horizontal grooves. Its finely speckled ochre-beige stoneware gives it an almost mineral, sober, and very graphic appearance. A beautiful piece in the spirit of modernist design from the 1960s-70s. • 1 vintage pot/vase signed Vallauris. A lovely speckled ceramic in cream and pinkish tones, rhythmically adorned with fine horizontal lines. • 1 large pitcher/ancient jar in Normandy stoneware. A strong piece in the collection, with its generous silhouette, large handle, and deep brown shades. Originally utilitarian, Normandy stoneware is now particularly valued in decoration for its raw and authentic character. • 1 mini cup in stoneware. Very small, with its miniature handle and caramel brown glaze. A charming piece that creates a lovely play of scale among the more imposing volumes. • 4 small liqueur glasses in stoneware. Four small cups in slightly different natural shades, in the spirit of vintage artisanal liqueur sets. Together, they form a very lovely small accumulation. • 1 incense burner/candle holder in stoneware signed JPG. A sculptural piece in glazed brown stoneware, punctuated with circular openings that allow light to filter through. To be used as an incense burner, candle holder, or simply as a decorative object.
