Harlequin-Pierrot art deco cubist lamp

Bedside or table lamp from the 1920s-30s depicting pierrot or harlequin treated in the art deco style with cubist influences marked in the presentation of the body of the subject. In very good general condition, functional, no defect to report except the patina of time, and the collar in aged fabric (but not damaged) it works... Ideally the wire will be replaced in the future for daily use because it is old. The ignition button is located on the base and is simply activated by pressing downwards. Rare object, very nice atmosphere, exudes a great poetry by the imploring position of the subject and the finesse of the facial features. Elegant and charming too, like a small cubist sculpture but all in finesse and lightness. Indeterminate period material (resin or composite type) covered with celadon green paint and black patterns, glued on brown wooden base, probably more recent lampshade in kind of hard cardboard, black, gilded interior. Length 23 cm with base, about 22 x8 cm, 9 with base, height about 30 cm for the subject, 46 cm with the lampshade. To date, within the limits of my research, only one identical but non-functional is offered by a canadian merchant at an above-ground price. Harlequin lamp art deco.
