A superb and high-end chandelier or pendant light by Palwa - Design Sciolari, Germany, 1970s. It is made with a 24-carat gold-plated brass frame decorated with individual "jewels" crystals enclosed in individual brass circles. Large sizes of crystals. Great scale and exquisite detail. The lamp takes 4 X E27 (standard bulbs up to 100 Watts each) and 2 X E14 (small bulbs up to 40 Watts each), compatible with US/UK standards, etc. The height is adjustable for higher or lower ceilings (free of charge). Very good original condition, wear consistent with age and use.
