Lamp to be laid "AM1N" by Franco Albini for Sirrah. 1969 - Italy

Am1n pose lamp (from the am/as series) designed by franco albini and franca helg, in collaboration with antonio piva, for sirrah. Italy - 1969. The double-layer opaline blown glass diffuses a soft atmospheric light of remarkable quality. The opaline diffuser is in very good original condition. The chrome of the barrel and base is stung with shards. At sensible paris we love it this way and did not want to restore it, considering that this patina is an integral part of the identity of the object now. We find that it reinforces the purity of its lines, and reminds that this piece has passed through time but that its design remains timeless.
