Jo Hammerborg 'Studio' floor lamp by Fog & Morup, Denmark, 1970s

A floor lamp designed by Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Morup in the 1970s. The lamp features Hammerborg’s signature minimalist lines, with a cylindrical shade in lacquered metal balanced on a slender stem and circular base. The design is functional yet refined, typical of Hammerborg’s work, with a focus on clean proportions and subtle detailing that reflect the spirit of Danish modern lighting of the period. Finished in the original white colour with the original chrome switch on the shade in functional condition. In good vintage condition with some patina and marks on paint and chrome. The base has more marks than the shade and stem.
