Vintage Walther Glas lotus bud vase, Germany, 1970s

A lovely vintage glass vase by Walther Glas, made in Germany in the 1970s. It depicts a lotus, water lily, or rose flower, with a frosted, embossed front that fades from pale pink to the base. The sides and back are transparent, and the vase has a double tube for the flowers. Minimalist, stylish, and romantic in a vintage style, it's a timeless and popular piece. It's in very good overall condition, though there is a very small chip on the back rim.
