Presenting a magnificent, authentic 'Mushroom' lounge chair (Model 560), designed by the visionary French master Pierre Paulin in 1960 for Artifort. Celebrated for its revolutionary organic silhouette, this early 1960s production is a timeless design icon, proudly held in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. This particular piece features a striking and timeless custom look. It is expertly upholstered in high-quality premium white leather with a beautifully contrasting black leather seat cushion. The supple leather accentuates the chair’s seamless, sculptural curves and brings a clean, contemporary aesthetic to a mid-century classic. Beyond its striking visual presence, the ergonomic engineering and original high-density molded foam deliver an exceptionally comfortable, enveloping seating experience.
