Sideboard

This piece of furniture is originally the upper part of an art deco dresser. Perfect for a country and/or bohemian interior, it inspires calm and serenity. The piece of furniture has been entirely sanded, treated against possible wood-eating insects, and partially painted. The painted parts have been varnished, and the rest of the piece of furniture has been waxed. The top has been reworked with a blowtorch to accentuate the marks of time. The two interior tops have been varnished for greater resistance, and the rear legs have been cut from the block. The internal part of the legs has been painted. The hardware has been stripped, and the lock on the middle door has been replaced.
