Dating from the 1930s, it perfectly illustrates the refined aesthetic of the era. Its relief hydrangea design animates the surface of the thick, satin-finished glass, creating magnificent plays of light and shadow when the lamp is lit. The ROS signature, molded into the glass, attests to its authenticity. It can be found on several creations by Degué, a company founded by David Guéron, an emblematic figure of French decorative arts between the two World Wars.
