Art Deco or Haagse School Nightstand by H. Pander & zn., 1930s

A single nightstand, produced by the Dutch firm Pander& zn. The design possibly by Hendrik Wouda. Very fine example of so called Haagse School furniture. This piece would also be very useable as a telephone or hall table. In good original period condition. Some fading to the front of the wooden door. The oak has an attractive warm colour. Original black accents and fabric inlay below the glass top.
