Parisian Buffet

Like a little 50s tune! This parisian buffet in very pitiful condition was just waiting to be beautiful again! The bottom of the furniture was changed just like the front 2 feet. With the lock gone, a new one has been installed. The handles are on the other hand original (unis france: french manufacturing label between 1916 and just after the second world war). It was highlighted by an egg shell paint, but an american hen's egg: with pale eggs. It is a bright creamy white with a very slight hint of ochre. It is a typical color of the late 1950s. A transparent matte vegetable wax protects the furniture. Its storage capacity is important. Coloring with the little greene brand, intelligent matt emulsion paint, stock mid color - no. 173, matte paint with a voc rate of less than 1g/litre and compliant with the toy safety directive. This is an old piece of furniture, carefully restored. It may, however, show some traces of time that could not disappear, but which do not call into question its solidity or appearance. But it is also what makes its charm inimitable.
