Vintage bar trolley by tugas - 1950s. On 1 face swivel mirror that opens onto a set of shelves. Inside, glass shelf. The second side is a mirror. On the 2 rounded ends of the mirrored half moon balustrades that simulate a ship deck. A glass top or a removable serving tray is laid. All on wheels.
