Vintage Marble Purple & Gold Interior Porcelain Coffee/Tea Trio -

Spectacular trio (cup, saucer, and dessert plate) in fine vintage porcelain produced by the famous Polish manufacturer Wałbrzych (stamped on the back). Very original and glamorous design: a marbled decoration in shades of purple, grey, and pearlescent, offering beautiful reflections in the light. The inside of the cup is covered with a lovely shiny gold, complemented by a golden handle. The edges of the saucer and the plate feature elegant relief work. Dimensions: • Cup: Height 6.5 cm|Diameter at the rim 8.5 cm. • Saucer: Diameter 13 cm. • Dessert plate: Diameter 17.5 cm. Condition: Very good overall vintage condition. The inner gold of the cup retains a beautiful shine and very good durability for its age. No cracks or chips. Note: A small original firing grain slightly raised (a dark spot embedded under the glaze) is present on the edge of the dessert plate, visible in the detail photo. This is a manufacturing characteristic of the period and not a chip or a break.
