Large Kandem workshop table lamp model 566

Large kandem workshop table lamp model 566 with light gray enamel shade. This workshop lamp was produced between 1935-1937 by körting & mathiesen in leipzig. The german lamp manufacturer kandem was founded in 1889 in leipzig. This lamp is beautifully designed with the right proportions. We have dismantled this lamp, restored it, polished it and provided it with a layer of clear lacquer. We then provided this lamp with a new earthed twisted 200 cm fabric cord and plug. The enamel shade contains the original fitting with rotary switch. Normally these lamps were mounted on the wall or on a machine in a workshop. We have mounted it on a matching heavy metal base.
