Vintage silver metal horse knife holder

Beautiful set of 12 vintage silver plated horse shaped knife rests without case box. There is no hallmark on this type of item which is nonetheless of good quality. It is probably a white metal (alloy) covered with a thin layer of real silver which makes the whole thing more resistant to tarnishing and corrosion. Common for this type of table accessories (1960s) unsigned. Good general condition. Some traces of tarnishing, hint of oxidation and lack of shine in places. Note, however, a slightly deformed knife rest (see photo) deformed rear leg. Dimensions: h3 X w 8 X d 2 weight: 397 grams.
