Striking mahogany 19th century Italian commode from the Empire period, circa 1815-1820. The straight, timeless shape combined with unique mahogany veneer makes this early 19th century trumeau commode an absolute dreamlike piece that can anchor any style and serve as an antique storage piece useful in any room of the home. The top showcasing the most desirable mahogany grain rests on a molded apron band above the two doors adorned with beautiful carved rosettes.
