Louis Sognot rattan desk and its chair

Old small desk attributed to louis sognot in rattan and oak veneer. We love its small size, all its elegant details, its graphic rattan crosspieces, its three drawers topped with round movable rattan handles... The top is in gilded oak veneer, the edge decorated with rattan rods, storage under the top. Very sturdy and very stable. A glass with rounded edges is also provided with it, you can put it on the top to protect it or not. Very good general condition. The desk is accompanied by a folding chair in golden stained beech, from the 70s. Beautiful seat with its graphic cutouts. Please note, one leg has a lack of wood.
