Large vintage Italian earthenware platter with cottage decoration – 1950s-1970s

Large antique Italian earthenware platter, decorated with a cottage beneath a large winter tree in a soft sepia palette on an ivory background. The motif, both simple and poetic, evokes European rural landscapes of the 1950s–1970s. The gadrooned rim with a double rust-colored band accentuates the platter's classic silhouette. Under the base, a very faded "Made in Italy" stamp attests to its Italian origin. Diameter 31 cm, height 3.5 cm. In beautiful vintage condition, glossy, with a few discreet signs of age and a small chip on the inner rim (see photos). A decorative platter with old-world charm, perfect for a poetic, slow-deco style.
