Magnificent Art Deco / 1940s minister's desk in wood marquetry. A character piece with elegant and structured lines, ideal for adding an authentic and refined vintage touch to an office or living room. Features: Top: Stunning geometric chevron / diamond point marquetry. It is protected by an original custom glass top (included). Storage: 5 functional drawers (1 large central drawer with a non-functional lock + 4 side drawers). Base: 4 removable tapered legs in inverted pyramid shape with original caps. Double-Sided: The back of the desk is fully finished and marqueted, allowing it to be placed in the center of a room rather than against a wall. Details: Original patinated brass shell/elongated handles. Very good vintage condition. The wood has a beautiful patina - great knee height. Width 150, depth 80, height 66/80.
