Pyrity sandstone bottle that can be used as a vase by ceramicist gerald pott. Born in 1936, the artist first became interested in high-temperature cooking with ceramicist daniel de montmollin. He then focused his research on enamels, working on sandstone, but also porcelain, with wood-fired and gas-fired cooking. In 1975, the artist opened his own studio in chassenay (around dijon, burgundy) where he produced both utilitarian and decorative objects. These creations bear in hollow its signature: 2 fish faced (visible in the photo of the base) Height: 26 cm - diameter at the base: 8.5 cm.
