Alessi serving cutlery duo, model "dry" carving knife - 4180/25 carving fork - 4180/24 design dating from 1982-1985 by achille castiglioni like the rest of the dry collection. Discontinued models, the knife is in the collection of the brooklyn museum in new york in particular.
