'Shell' chair chocolate mid-century, Europe, 1960s

Beautiful type 1020 chair nicknamed "shell" produced by the industrial furniture centre of Slupsk in the 1960s in Poland. Designers: Waclaw Lesniewski, Stanislaw Lejkowski. A very unique and inimitable model. The chair has undergone a complete renovation in upholstery and carpentry. The seat and backrest are covered in a durable and pleasant-to-touch yellow and beige Spanish fabric. The fabric is a soft jacquard velvet with a graphic pattern reminiscent of a meander. Available in 10 colour variants. Suitable for ethnic and modern style interiors.
