Tubble table by Pode/Leolux composite marble Grigio Carnico 50's style

This "Tubble" coffee table by PODE by Leolux (high-end Dutch design) is a striking decorative piece that catches the eye. Very trendy with its organic bean shape and graphic mineral material. Its top (length 104cm - width 60cm) is made of Grigio Carnico composite marble (dark grey background with black and white polychrome aggregates, heterogeneous grain size, polished finish). Its base is therefore made of real but reconstituted and moulded marble. Advantages: slightly lighter, slightly less fragile, less porous, more resistant to stains. Its three legs are made of matte black epoxy steel, with ball-shaped ends. Its medium size and lower height than standard (32cm vs 45cm) make it a very good companion for a low sofa in the Togo style. Heavy (approximately 30 kilos estimated), high quality. In very good overall condition for a second-hand item. Some signs of wear (slightly depolished/mattified area on part of the top, visible only when viewed closely). No chips, no cracks, no deep scratches. Base in impeccable condition. Purchased new from a Pode/Leolux dealer in Paris in 2021.
