Aldo nason mazzega floor lamp, 1970s

Modernist floor lamp by designer aldo nason (1920-) for mazzega in the 1970s. The steel structure is composed of a circular base and 5 tubes, and the diffusers are in white and transparent gradient glass. Very good condition. Aldo nason, a member of the famous murano glassmaking family, is an italian designer recognized for his significant contributions to the art of glass. Born into a family with a long glassmaking tradition, aldo worked with some of the most prestigious murano glassmaking houses, notably av mazzega.
