A rare, complete east-german teacup with saucer and plate. Made from porcelain by veb porzellanwerk reichenbach in the gdr between 1968 and 1990, as can be determined from the stamp on the bottoms of the cup and its plates. Designed in colours of brown, gold and white, with a garland motif on the inside of the rim and a raised basket-weave motif all around the white body of the cup. A real collector's item and an amazing gift for lovers of quality porcelain and vintage teacups. Measurements: Teacup: 6.2 cm tall, 10 cm wide at the mouth, 4.5 cm wide at the base. Its capacity is circa 100 ml. Saucer: diameter of 15 cm. Plate: diameter of 19 cm. The complete set weighs approximately 460 grams. In excellent condition, has slight wear on the rim of the saucer.
