Ivory plates in iron earthenware Choisy in the early 50s

Very nice plates from the manufacture of Choisy the King, one of the most prestigious. These plates, slightly after the closure of Choisy, were manufactured at the factory in Creil and Montereau, where production had been moved. We recognize the iron earth barely ivory, very fine, soft, oily and dense, the elegant shape of the wing with little raised and the perfect enamel on a truly artisanal paste. Here a simple and quiet transfer décor in dark green. There are a series of 18 plates all in very good condition, with virtually no trace of use. Tiny traces of age.
