Large Chinese cache-pot in polychrome porcelain – flowers and birds – Ø33 cm

Large Chinese cache-pot in glazed porcelain, richly decorated with floral and bird motifs in a beautiful palette of deep blue, pink, green, ivory, and gold. The decoration consists of large polychrome medallions depicting birds among flowers, surrounded by a night blue background adorned with fine golden arabesques. Flowers, foliage, and decorative friezes complete the ensemble, while the wide upper rim is embellished with butterfly motifs highlighted in gold. A particularly generous piece with a diameter of 33 cm, ideal as a cache-pot for a large indoor plant, decorative planter, or simply as a decorative object. A blue mark is present under the base.
