Coffee table called Coco Chanel, 70s

Superb coffee table called "Coco Chanel ", from the 70s. Golden steel structure and removable tray in very thick transparent glass (0.8 mm thick). It is in good general condition, the structure is nicely patinated, the glass tray has several stripes (no crack or break). It rests on felt pads attached to the structure and has a very good stability. Several sheets are missing from the structure. All the details are visible in the photos. Dimensions: 65 cm in diameter / 45 cm high. Total weight: about 12 / 15 kg. This table will be perfect for a coffee table in a living room. The little history of the "Coco Chanel" table: Gabrielle Chanel had made in the 1920s, by her jeweler Robert Goossens, this model that highlights a huge sheaf of wheat. No chance for this great lady with an assertive personality and very superstitious, wheat being the emblem of wealth and fertility. It was in the 1970s that the model was then recreated.
