“Casino” dressing table designed by Sven Engström and Gunnar Myrstrand and produced in Sweden by Tingströms for the Bra Bohag line in the 1960s. Made of oak, it features four drawers and an adjustable oval mirror. The piece features a light lacquered finish that is not part of its original configuration. The piece features a rectangular top (height of the top 71,5 cm) supported by a slender oak frame, with four drawers arranged on either side and an open central section. The oval mirror, framed in wood, is suspended between two uprights and can be tilted to adjust its angle. The drawers are constructed with dovetail joints, clearly visible in the internal construction. The body of the dressing table features a light lacquered finish applied at a later date, contrasting with the natural oak left visible on the legs, mirror supports and frame. AG450
