5 vintage Henning Kjaernulf chairs, model 26, teak, Denmark, 1960s

Rare set of five dining room chairs designed by Henning Kjaernulf, model no. 26, produced by Korup Stolefabrik in Denmark in the 1960s. Made of solid teak, these chairs embody the refined elegance of Scandinavian design, with subtle woodwork and a slightly curved backrest for optimal comfort. The seats are covered in original black leatherette. Two of them have visible cracks (see photos), the other three are in good condition. The wooden structure is solid and well preserved, with a nice even patina. The set is stamped Made in Denmark under the seats. A sought-after model for its simple and timeless line, ideal for completing a vintage dining room or integrating a contemporary interior with a mid-century touch.
