Hot water flat heater in white porcelain decorated with "spout heads"

Unusual flat heater with water tank, white porcelain (translucent to light). The originality of this object lies in its side ornaments: there are 2 orifices in the shape of a "man's head", plus one in the middle to insert water. No indication of manufacture. Probably from the nineteenth century or early xxith century... Very nice ornament as a flower pot holder, fruit basket or potpourri tray (see photos) Note: a small groove in the inner hollow of the container due to the age of the porcelain and not to a crack.
