Modular screen "Labirinto", Jozeph Forakis, Magis – Italy 2003

An iconic element of contemporary Italian design, the Labirinto, conceived by Jozeph Forakis for Magis in 2003, is much more than just a room divider. A true architectural sculpture, it plays with light, transparency, and perspectives to elegantly structure a space. Made from translucent polycarbonate, this modular system consists of 18 modules here, offering a length of approximately 2.80 metres. Its flexibility allows for the creation of both straight lines and fluid curves, transforming each installation into a unique composition. The original red connectors bear the manufacturer's marking: "Labirinto – design Jozeph Forakis – Magis – Made in Italy, " ensuring its authenticity. With its sculptural presence and timeless aesthetic, this piece will naturally find its place in a contemporary interior, a loft, a gallery, an architect's office, or an exhibition space. Condition. Very good overall condition. The polycarbonate has retained all its original transparency and has not yellowed over time, which is particularly appreciated for this material.
