Solid oak table 1900 drapery style XL 280cm with extensions

Antique solid oak farmhouse table from the first half of the 20th century, in the style of a drapery table. We love its elegant look with a solid oak top resting on oak aprons and a turned oak base. The base features stretchers and a central bar, also made of turned wood. This lovely work of spheres gives the whole piece a striking appearance. The top is very beautiful with its substantial thickness. Its large size, with a very nice length and significant depth, makes it a very convivial piece, where it will be easy to host many guests. Two large extensions are installed using robust large stretchers - integrated into the extensions - in notches designed for this purpose under the top. This ensures a very considerable total length. The extensions are also made of solid oak, with the same grain and colour as the rest, allowing for total coherence. Very nice patina from use. This table is antique, and defects in the wood, as well as minor imperfections, may be visible; please refer to the numerous photos. - Dimensions without extensions - L 190.5 X D 109 X H 75 cm.
