Decorative frame with roosters – vintage Polish découpage

Decorative paper cut composition of Polish origin depicting two stylised roosters in a symmetrical floral setting. Very fine cutting work, typical of Eastern European folk art (wycinanki type), with great precision in the patterns. The whole piece is very elegant and of great finesse in execution. Presented under glass in a black frame with a gold trim. Dimensions: H 40 X W 43 cm. Condition: generally good, visible signs of age (slight marks and creases on the paper, wear on the frame) Careful shipping possible.
