Oil on wood early 20th century View of a woodland

Very beautiful work for this oil on panel signed and dating from the early 20th century. Illustration of a woodland with penetrating light, very well-executed painting both for its prominent shadows and lights and for its precise and highly descriptive touch. An intimate play of light, a post-impressionist piece. A painting that is particularly touching to me. Quick and careful delivery.
