Art Deco Vase by Charles Catteau for Boch Frères Keramis, Decor 945 Paradise Bird. Authentic stoneware or fine earthenware vase from the Art Deco period, created under the direction of Charles Catteau for the Keramis factory. This piece features the iconic decor number 945, depicting a paradise bird surrounded by geometric floral motifs. The technique used is that of cloisonné enamels, characteristic of the factory's fantasy workshop. The decor stands out vividly against a textured dark background, highlighting shades of turquoise, orange, and yellow. Dimensions: Height: 27 cm Maximum width: 16 cm. Markings under the base: Blue circular stamp of the Boch Frères Keramis factory with the wolf symbol. Decor number 945 hand-painted. Shape number engraved in relief in the mass. Condition: The piece is in very good overall condition. The enamel has retained all its shine and original colours. No chips, cracks, or restorations are to be reported. The base shows normal wear consistent with the age of the object.
