UFO-style armchair, Polish space-age 1972, restored

Space-age style armchair, produced in Poland in the early 1970s. These armchairs, called UFO (UFO in French), were produced in a limited series to equip the Danuta café, which had just opened on the top floor of the modernist Zus building in Gdynia. Given that only a hundred copies of this armchair were produced in total, it remains extremely rare. We re-lacquered the legs in black and replaced the padding and the original fabric with a new fabric in a raspberry shade (the photos make it look brighter than it actually is) quite close to that of the original fabric. This armchair is therefore in excellent condition.
