Oval table in enamelled lava from volvic

Dining table made of enamelled lava stone extracted from the volcanoes of Auvergne (Volvic), custom-made by a craftsman in the 1990s. Oval enamelled top in powder pink, adorned with a hand-painted frieze of blue-grey acanthus scrolls along the edge. Legs in English green wrought iron with intricate scrollwork, typical of character furniture from the South of France. Dimensions: 175 × 105cm — capacity for 8 to 10 people. Origin: Handmade, South of France. Period: 1990s. Very good condition; two micro chips of 2-3 mm.
