Antique cut glass spirit decanter with silver-plated neck and spout.

Beautiful antique spirit decanter, approximately 30 cm in height with its stopper. The body is made of thick, heavily worked glass, featuring a radiating decoration in the shape of a rosette, a scalloped edge, and small bubbles/inclusions visible in the material. The matching stopper is made of cut glass, bulbous and fluted in shape, with a frosted lower part allowing it to fit into the neck. The wide neck is made of silver-coloured metal, showing a lovely old patina as well as signs of wear. The exact nature of the metal has not been determined. Manufacturer unidentified.
