1960s fibreglass lamp

Here is a lamp from the 1960s with a fibreglass shade, a material that was very trendy at the time. The flexible arm and weighted base are made of brass, which is well patinated, attesting to its authenticity... There are American origin lamps that resemble this one... The comparison ends there as I do not know where it comes from or where it will go... The fibreglass shade has a few stains but is not cracked and has no missing parts. As I mentioned, the brass is patinated but the flexible arm is fully functional. The electrical work has been redone, with a new switch. In fact, it is once lit that this lamp truly comes into its own; the transparency of the fibreglass is superb. A rare object not to be missed... B22 socket sold without bulb.
