Geometric cup or tulip shape typical of the Art Deco period and the Machine Age aesthetic. It functions as an uplighter, scattering the light atmospherically upwards. Made of metal with a glossy copper-colored or bronze-colored finish. The inside of the cup is white enameled or painted to reflect the light optimally. Features subtle grooved lines around the cup and the base, a decorative bead or ring connection on the stem, and a classic vintage push-button switch on the round base. This elegant Art Deco-style table lamp is a classic example of Dutch design from the first half of the twentieth century.
