Made of metal with a glossy copper-colored or bronze-colored finish. The inside of the cup is white enameled or painted to reflect the light optimally. Features subtle grooved lines around the cup and the base, a decorative bead or ring connection on the stem, and a classic vintage push-button switch on the round base. This elegant Art Deco-style table lamp is a classic example of Dutch design from the first half of the twentieth century. The design is characterized by the distinctive goblet shape, which functions as an uplighter and diffuses an atmospheric, indirect light. The lamp is crafted from copper, giving the piece a warm, reflective appearance. The construction displays refined details, such as the subtle rings around the base and neck, which are typical of the geometric precision of the Art Deco period. The inside of the goblet is finished in white for optimal light reflection. The lamp is equipped with an original push switch on the base and a cord with a plug. Over the decades, the copper has developed an authentic patina that contributes to the historical character of the object. The lamp is in functional condition, commensurate with its age and use. This fixture looks excellent on a sideboard, side table, or desk in a classic, eclectic, or vintage-inspired interior. The warm copper color forms a beautiful contrast with both dark wood types and modern, light surfaces. When shipped, the item is carefully packed to prevent damage.
