Set of plates, artichoke dishes, mustard yellow earthenware Gien vintage

Set of artichoke or crudités plates, perfect for a buffet aperitif, from the Gien manufacture, stamped on the back. Vintage circa 1950–1970, made of moulded faience. Compartment model, consisting of a large compartment, a smaller side compartment, and a central circular compartment. Relief decoration of leaves and plant motifs, highlighted by a beautiful dark mustard glaze. 23 cm in diameter and 2 cm in height. Very good overall condition. Presence of natural glaze crazing, a few very slight original manufacturing defects, and a small discreet chip in the centre of one of the plates, barely visible. Approximately 450g each.
