Alabaster onyx egg cup

Very beautiful egg cup carved in a mineral material, onyx, alabaster. Difficult to say for me who is not a specialist and also difficult to show all its beauty in a photo! The stone has a pretty veining in light brown and beige tones. It is in very good condition, no cracks or chips, the stone is very smooth, soft to the touch, with two tiny chips, invisible, which are probably original "defects" and which testify to its artisanal manufacture. It measures 6.5 cm in height, 5 cm in external diameter, 4.1 cm in internal diameter at the top of the egg cup, which allows it to accommodate good-sized eggs. It weighs 130g.
